What You’ll Do

You will set the store vision, act as a role model, drive continuous improvement, and work towards strategic goals. Your focus will be on maximizing sales, maintaining store standards, motivating your team, and exceeding customer expectations to achieve targets. You will manage inventory, coach your team, understand the local market, and use insights to improve store performance. You will be responsible for achieving sales budgets and maximizing departmental sales using all available tools.

What You’ll Bring

Prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required. You should have:

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve performance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, acting as a role model to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Proven experience in empowering teams to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, to instruct, coach, and lead teams, as well as to provide excellent customer service.

*This role requires relocation to stores within Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine as designated by Primark.
