The Cosmetics Company Stores are the outlet retailing operation of the Estée Lauder Companies. We opened our first UK store in 1994 and now comprise 20+ stores at key Designer Outlet destinations across the UK. We offer core Estée Lauder Companies brands including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C and Tom Ford Beauty, where customers experience premium skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare.

We are looking for a Store Manager to manage a team of sales advisors and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the Store.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
