We are a diverse team of retailers, creatives, technologists, and strategists seeking a talented Store Manager to join us.

The Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be a charismatic leader with excellent service and sales skills. Reporting to the District Manager, you will drive brand growth, lead your team by example, and foster an engaging, inclusive environment. You will oversee all aspects of store profit, people, and processes, collaborating with various departments to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue & Profitability: Drive store revenue, manage costs, analyze results, and develop strategic plans to achieve financial targets. Protect assets and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • People: Hire, onboard, assess, and develop store staff. Build positive relationships and maintain a high-performance team. Manage schedules and support career development.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service. Coach staff on selling techniques and customer relationship building.
  • Brand: Act as an ambassador for Mejuri, promote community engagement, and organize local marketing initiatives and events.
  • Operations: Support daily store operations, identify opportunities and risks, and ensure seamless functioning of all store functions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing high-volume retail stores.
  • Knowledge of local market and store opening requirements.
  • Financial management skills, including sales growth and expense control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep local market knowledge and network.
  • Adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience opening a store from scratch or working in a startup environment.
