Job Description:

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll set daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, manage store administration, oversee inventory and daily operations, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1 meetings and genuine team connections.

Please note this role is based in Stirling, Scotland.

Additionally, you have:

  • Relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality.
