Responsibilities
- Provide the highest levels of customer service: coach and guide your store teams to ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
- Lead the store to success by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Care for our colleagues: create a safe environment and ensure all policies and procedures are followed; work shoulder to shoulder to lead the team.
- Develop people through growth opportunities, upskilling, and strengthening their current roles.
- Protect the pounds (and euros): guide a team that understands how they contribute to the store and business objectives; manage sales, shrink, and service to keep the store operating smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK and Ireland.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.
- Experience managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
- Track record of driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs (sales targets, waste reduction, customer service scores) and using data to improve results and profitability.
