We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our new store in Solihull, opening Summer 2025!

What you will be doing

The Store Manager will lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve and surpass sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards using our training tools, while ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, promote the CT culture through our brand values, and create a positive environment for your team and customers.

You will identify sales opportunities, generate corporate activity, and develop new business. Building strong relationships with peers and Head Office departments will be key in managing stock control, payroll, budgeting, store layout, promotions, staff development, and employee relations.

You will make commercial decisions to support the store, particularly in visual merchandising, with support from our VM team to ensure visuals align with brand identity. As the store leader, you will oversee daily operations, foster colleague engagement, and ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, costs, and security procedures.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve excellent results.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders are essential.

Strong planning and organizational skills, with a vision for long-term success, are required.

A commercial mindset combined with analytical, communication, and negotiation skills will enable you to influence and persuade at various levels within and outside the company.

At CT, our work is guided by our 3 BE’s: “BE the BOSS,” “BE the CUSTOMER,” and “BE the BEST.” We value a collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for driving change.

What you can expect from us:

  • Competitive salary and excellent quarterly bonus scheme
  • Uniform allowance, refreshed every 6 months
  • An entrepreneurial environment encouraging innovation and change
  • Staff discount from day one, including access to The White Company
  • Support for commuting and relocation, including cycle-to-work schemes
  • Fun fund for social events, parties, and team-building activities
  • Partnerships with charities and sustainability initiatives
  • Professional development through The Tyrwhitt Academy, including product knowledge, customer service training, and apprenticeships
