The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams. We are seeking a Store Manager for our new store in Solihull, opening Summer 2025.

What you will be doing

The Store Manager will lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards, while ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Responsibilities include recruiting, nurturing talent, promoting company culture, identifying sales opportunities, managing store operations such as stock control, payroll, layout, and promotions, and making commercial decisions to support the store's success.

What we are looking for

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Store Manager, demonstrating leadership, coaching skills, and a track record of high performance. Excellent customer service, relationship-building skills, strategic planning, strong communication, and a commercial mindset are essential.
