Job summary

Boots is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a close-knit team in a community-focused store. You’ll coach on the shop floor, balance exceptional customer care with commercial performance, and role-model how great service and strong sales go together.

You’ll build relationships with local GP surgeries and primary care networks, deliver NHS and private services safely, and help your team grow in confidence and capability.

What you’ll be doing

As Store Manager, you will report into the Area Manager and bring energy, direction and purpose to your store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real ownership of your store and get stuck in on the shop floor, coaching and supporting your team and role-modeling how great care and strong sales performance go together.
