Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other excellent benefits!

We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to surpass targets, and providing world-class service, we'd love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to be recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2023’, as one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The Role

The store manager acts as our brand ambassador, responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to Expect
  • Motivate and support the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying excellent Pandora customer service.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate staff on products, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success.
  • Receive thorough training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. Work with regional managers to develop your team’s potential and support their career growth.
Candidate Profile

Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player, confident in delivering an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Previous experience with a leading brand or in consumer retail is preferred. If you're a senior supervisor or current assistant manager seeking your next challenge, this could be your opportunity. We value candidates who embody our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Understanding of Pandora’s local and global strategies, and ability to translate these into store KPIs
  • Data analysis skills to identify trends and take corrective actions
  • Strong communication skills for coaching and team development
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
  • Professional appearance and a passion for retail and desirable products
Why Work With Us?

Our people are key to our success. We offer a competitive rewards package, including:

  • A highly competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% on sales targets, with potential for 20%
  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance to express your style
  • Generous employee discounts
  • Access to benefits platform with retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts
  • Support services for health, wellbeing, financial advice, and legal aid
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
