We’re seeking talented store managers to join us across Central and West London!

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You’ll champion our mission and values to create a memorable Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. Building and developing relationships quickly, you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment through daily connections with our customers. Driving the Starbucks culture in your store and being an ambassador for our partner networks, you’ll ensure our partners and customers feel they belong.

The operational aspect of the role involves understanding your market, knowing the competition, and identifying opportunities to drive store profitability and business growth.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! As a store leader, working in one of our dynamic stores, you’ll set an example and lead from the front during shifts. A typical day could include:

  • Executing store operations through your team, during scheduled shifts and on your days off, ensuring coverage for opening, closing, and weekends
  • Analyzing data and observations to inform decisions that improve customer experience and store performance
  • Using forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within budgets and recruiting diverse, talented partners to meet store needs
  • Rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results
  • Supporting partner growth through performance coaching, development, and building positive relationships to understand their challenges and aspirations
  • Setting challenging yet realistic goals to boost engagement and partner performance

Due to the nature of our stores, working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

All partners start with an introductory training program led by in-store trainers and coaches, designed to immerse you in Starbucks culture and set you up for success. These programs are delivered in-store and support on-the-job learning.
