We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our management team at our Upper Canada Mall location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in a retail environment, preferably in footwear.

Responsibilities include: scheduling, hiring, training, inventory control, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Candidates should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales and customer service is required. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends is necessary.
