Job summary

Lakrids by Bülow UK seeks a Shop Manager to lead our new Battersea Power Station store. You will build a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and establish the store as a destination for liquorice lovers in London.

In addition to managing daily operations, you will grow corporate relationships, leverage tastings and storytelling to drive sales, and collaborate with the UK Stores Manager on performance and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail team, ideally within premium retail.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and corporate partners.
• Ability to lead a small team, maintain high standards, and keep morale high.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage rotas for coverage across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Grow our customer community through Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme.
• Build relationships with local businesses and corporate partners to identify sales opportunities.
• Own store performance, team engagement and daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product storytelling, tastings, and service.
• Collaborate with UK Stores Manager on performance and local initiatives.
