About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-end fashion boutique within this prestigious brand’s Bicester Village presence. The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s ethos while driving commercial success and delivering an unparalleled client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Store Leadership: Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Sales Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to exceed outlet-specific targets, leveraging data insights to maximise performance.
• Client-Centric Approach: Foster lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering personalised service that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced outlet environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with VM teams to create compelling displays that enhance product appeal and drive sales.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with outlet management and brand leadership to align on promotions and operational objectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of luxury retail management experience, preferably within an outlet or high-volume setting.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering white-glove service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods as required.
