What you'll get to do

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Flagship store on Regent Street. Your role will include achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing a motivated in-store team.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Profit and Sales Generation:
    • Meet sales goals & set business strategies
    • Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor
  2. Customer Service:
    • Empower Fragrance Consultants to provide top customer service
    • Build and manage the client database to increase sales
    • Manage special events like previews, client events, and sales
  3. Operations:
    • Ensure proper staffing levels
    • Handle risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory
    • Deliver team training, e.g., POS systems
    • Conduct stock inventories
    • Follow cash control procedures
  4. Merchandising/Visual:
    • Implement and execute merchandising strategies
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure appropriate inventory
    • Maintain a picture-perfect, on-brand selling floor
  5. Human Resources:
    • Coordinate training programs with the Education team
    • Evaluate and provide feedback to team members
    • Address HR issues promptly, partnering with HR when needed
