Job Description:

Moncler is looking for a Store Manager for its Sloane Street store in London.

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives, always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing, and coaching the team.

Main activities will be:

• Create a genuine, attentive, and long-lasting relationship with clients, based on listening, meeting, and exceeding client needs and expectations;
• Continuously gather and analyze market trends through customer feedback and insights to adapt strategies and ensure alignment with the evolving luxury market;
• Focus on excellent performance and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment;
• Provide feedback on results achieved, highlighting areas for improvement;
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanliness, and staff personal appearance;
• Constantly enhance knowledge of the brand's history and values, promote collections and product features;
• Create an exciting work environment where trust and respect for diversity are valued;
• Empower others through engagement and motivation: recognize individual strengths and provide solutions for continuous improvement;
• Recognize talent and potential, fostering a feedback-oriented coaching environment, while ensuring team and individual development;
• Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks, and role definitions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of previous experience in managerial roles within structured fashion, luxury, and retail companies;
• A degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management is a plus;
• Willingness to evolve within the organization;
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus;
• Digitally aware, with deep knowledge of MS Office, and proven experience in clienteling, payment, and warehouse management systems and tools.
