Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team of the boutique, for an established and renowned fragrance luxury brand, in the heart of London.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized customer service to ensure an unforgettable shopping experience, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Train, mentor, and lead the store team to consistently achieve sales targets while cultivating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
• Monitor store KPIs, create action plans, and ensure targets are met, while providing regular performance updates to senior management.
• Maintain meticulous standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage CRM activities, focusing on clienteling strategies to foster a loyal customer base among local and international clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory control, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Store Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the luxury or high-end retail sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams.
• Analytical skills and a solid understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Passionate about the luxury skincare and fragrance industry, with excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills.
