Job Description:

Mode Search is delighted to be partnering with a world-renowned luxury fragrance brand to appoint an exceptional Store Manager for their boutique located within central London.

As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the boutique’s success, responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering an elevated client journey. You will lead by example to ensure the store exceeds its commercial goals while reflecting the brand’s core values and prestige.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and implement brand policies, operational standards, and procedures, while proactively seeking process improvements.
• Take full accountability for boutique health & safety, loss prevention, and risk management.
• Ensure all team members are proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and stock management to mitigate operational risk.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing talent, working in close collaboration with HR to support career progression and succession planning.
• Inspire and lead the team to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional luxury service experience.
• Champion a culture of personalised clienteling, fostering lasting relationships and strong customer loyalty.
• Serve as a brand ambassador within the local market to enhance awareness, engagement, and store traffic.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure strategic positioning in the market.
• Cultivate a motivating and inclusive working environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
• Take ownership of sales performance, driving productivity through daily coaching, KPIs, and clear goal setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working within a boutique store environment is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A genuine passion for the luxury or beauty sector and an appreciation for fine fragrance.
