As a Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, you will lead an inclusive store environment that fosters diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include driving sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, training, and developing your team. Adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules is essential for success.

Day in the life (What you will do):

• Achieve store objectives and KPIs
• Manage operations, including policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-centric staff
• Ensure excellent customer experience to foster loyalty
• Implement merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Maintain open communication with the District Manager

Who you are (What you will bring):

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven success in leading teams to meet sales targets
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
