We are seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager for our new store. If you excel in leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

The role

The store manager is the brand ambassador, responsible for the store’s commercial success, managing the team, and creating memorable customer experiences. Please note that airport store hours include late nights and early mornings, to be discussed during interviews.

• Motivate and support the team to meet and exceed KPIs, exemplifying excellent customer service
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, educate staff, and ensure back-of-house activities support store success
• Receive thorough product training and develop your team to their full potential
