As our Letchworth Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer-obsessed.

The Role:

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will deliver a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and style through fashion. You will support and develop your team to deliver results while having fun!

You will be fully accountable for your store’s performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and sales — ensuring we are playing to win!

As a store manager, you will foster a customer-obsessed environment prioritising excellent service and unique shopping experiences. Your genuine approach will help customers express their individuality, making each visit memorable.

About you:
  • You have previous store or deputy management experience.
  • You have a proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
  • You are a dedicated New Look brand supporter.
  • You have a history of exceeding KPIs and objectives.
  • You possess commercial acumen.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly organised, capable of managing inventory, stock control, and replenishment efficiently.
