What you'll do
• Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles
• Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
• Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
• Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused
• Ensure excellent Customer Service is given to all shoppers
What you'll need
• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
• Pride in supporting your customers and team through every shift
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
• Ability to monitor, manage, and improve store KPIs
