Argos in Leatherhead is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will be a role model, delivering store performance, plans and actions while training and developing your team for success.

You’ll use commercial insight to improve service, outcomes and engagement, while adapting to change and guiding your people through growth opportunities within Argos and Sainsbury’s stores.
