Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Store Manager for our Taplow store. You will lead the UK Retail team, drive sales, and ensure seamless store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will motivate a diverse team, uphold high standards of visual merchandising and safety, and build strong community connections to enhance brand loyalty. This is a permanent, full-time on-site role with a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Experience in retail operations and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and develop a high-performing store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
• Implement strategies to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs while managing budgets and reporting.
• Lead in loss prevention, safety, and risk assessments to protect people and profits.
• Represent Mountain Warehouse with professionalism, building community engagement.
