As the leader of the store, you will possess strong coaching abilities, product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, have great attention to detail and lead by example.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
• Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
• Lead by example, driving sales, stock and KPI performance
• Managing store performance and taking action where needed
• Minimising avoidable costs and risks in store
• HR and recruitment
• Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
• Creating a positive and friendly working environment
• Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines and marketing campaigns
