We are looking for Managers who are fearless, take risks, and are rewarded for their efforts.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing your store and team within The Frasers Group, being accountable for all outcomes. You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, train, coach, and develop team engagement, and provide inspirational leadership to surpass company objectives.

The Ambition

You will be a hands-on Manager who leads by example, operating as a business manager for your store. You will ensure that business initiatives are met with positivity and speed, managing store operations, customer service, budget, people, and product effectively.

Key Result Areas and Competencies
  • Manage store operations and meet all KPI expectations
  • Train and coach the team, demonstrating best practices through regional visits
  • Use reports to control wages weekly, resolving issues promptly
  • Understand customer expectations and motivate the team to deliver excellent service
  • Train the team on product features and benefits to maximize sales
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness of the retail industry, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify internal talent, develop opportunities, and manage performance to reward excellence
  • Be proactive in personal development and receptive to feedback
  • Create development and succession plans to support business growth
  • Promote and embody the Frasers Group core values, coaching the team accordingly
  • Encourage team feedback and contribute ideas to the wider business

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years retail management experience
  • Proven ability to positively influence sales, payroll, and stock loss
  • Experience in developing management teams and talented individuals
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Committed to high store standards and customer service
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze reports
  • Hands-on approach to task completion
