Salary & Benefits: £46,000 - £62,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

This role will cover a variety of stores across our Manchester district. As a Lidl Store Manager, you will play a key part in building our business by taking ownership of your store, developing your team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving store KPIs, and motivating your team to achieve their full potential.
