Store Manager Up to Circa GBP40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing womenswear fashion brands as a Store Manager. This brand is stylish, chic and totally glamorous.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be an ambassador for the brand, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
  • Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge
  • Visual merchandising to showcase the brand and product, and drive performance.
  • Recruit and develop an innovative and dedicated store team who are passionate about the brand.
  • Develop and drive sales in store, continually identifying opportunities for growth and positively impacting KPI's.
  • Deliver regular robust and insightful trade reports, with a focus on solutions and actions to drive the business and store forward.
  • Manage and control costs and influence commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand, product and customer.
  • Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
  • Lead, motivate and develop your team.
  • Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy.

About You:

  • You will have retail management experience, gained within a store/concession-based retail role.
  • You'll have a proven track-record of delivering high standards and great results.
  • You'll be a people-person with the ability to lead, manage and motivate your team.
  • Your customer service will be second-to-none and you will thrive in an environment which is centred around providing extraordinary service.
  • Your excellent communication and people skills will enable you to deal confidently with people at all levels.
  • You'll be a self-starter who is commercially focused and proactive in your approach.
