A leading player in the affordable luxury sector is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire a sales team in Guildford. This role involves managing operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales while embodying brand values. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for retail excellence.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing store operations
• Leading and coaching the team
• Growing sales and improving KPIs
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team
• Becoming an expert on our story, collections, and silhouettes
• Overseeing all non-sales tasks related to store organisation and operations
• Maintaining and representing ba&sh’s brand image
On a daily basis, you will:
• Lead by example in client engagement and sales techniques (spontaneous
interaction, cross-selling, upselling, customer loyalty)
• Ensure the perfect upkeep of the store and merchandising
• Drive a positive and energetic atmosphere to reach performance goals
• Handle store administration and HR-related tasks
• Organise the store in line with ba&sh’s strategy and guidelines

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
