As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, achieve performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll set daily objectives, develop plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections with your team by celebrating successes!
