Duties:

  • Deliver results by driving individual and store targets, and achieving set KPIs
  • Inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team to help them flourish and reach their potential
  • Assist your team with Personal Development Plans and set goals for progression and achievement
  • Introduce new ideas for business growth, organize in-store events, and collaborate with marketing on localized strategies
  • Ensure the store meets all sales targets and contributes to profitability
  • Represent Barrhead Travel positively, promoting the brand internally and externally
  • Lead with exceptional customer service and demonstrate a passion for people
  • Communicate key business messages and decisions clearly to your team
