Job summary

Domino’s Store Manager position invites you to lead a busy store, driving daily operations, sales and service excellence. You will inspire a team, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll manage performance, deliver training, and adapt to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, while upholding company policies and food safety regulations.

• Proven experience in management, ideally in food/retail/QSR environments.
• Excellent leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team to meet sales and service targets.
• Implement sales strategies and manage expenses to drive profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organise and deliver regular training sessions for team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
• Support local marketing and community engagement activities.
