Job Opportunity

To continue our growth and expansion, we now require a truly exceptional, driven, and proven Store Manager to join our Flannels team in Birmingham Fort.

Job Description

  1. Maximise turnover to exceed required targets and identify opportunities to continually improve performance.
  2. Manage and motivate the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
  3. Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team.
  4. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
  5. Equip team members with the tools and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
  6. Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock according to Head Office directives.
  7. Stay aware of current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
  8. Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures are executed efficiently and accurately.
  9. Drive and deliver KPIs.
  10. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's responsibilities and accountability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong clientele background with a solid database of personal contacts and clients.
  • Previous retail experience in the premium sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional people management, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
  • High brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Awareness of the local area.
  • High energy to drive projects to completion.
  • Confident, assertive, positive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Passion for fashion retail.
  • Professional manner and well-presented appearance.
  • Trend-aware and fashion-conscious.
