Job summary

Asda in Fareham is seeking a Store Manager for our Express format. You will lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experience with heart.

You will own store performance, manage colleagues, cost controls, and merchandising while maintaining safety and compliance across the forecourt and shop. The role requires visible leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and a commitment to service.
