This position is for our brand new store opening in Edinburgh, Scotland!

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, achieve performance targets, and demonstrate effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coach your team to deliver excellent customer service, and define daily objectives to drive KPIs.

Additionally, you'll develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure store administration is handled efficiently, manage inventory and daily operations, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-on-1s, celebrating successes, and building genuine connections with your team.
