A global fashion retailer is seeking a Store Manager to oversee multiple locations in London. The ideal candidate will lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage store operations, and drive sales targets while being an ambassador for the brand. Strong leadership and relationship management skills are essential.
As a store manager, you're responsible for assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. For us, the store leadership roles are not just about what happens within the store's walls - it’s also about the community around you. We see your store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your surrounding area, who might shop with us in store, online or via a partnership. As a store manager, you'll support the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing in-store and online service. Your role will also oversee and provide knowledge, leadership and support to stylist team members responding to first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system. The role will involve great time management, resilience, multitasking and determination to ensure that in store customer journey, the financial targets and delivery of business critical updates all happen appropriately. Leadership of your team of floor managers and stylists will be a key part of how you spend your time, upskilling and equipping team members with the commercial skills to succeed and deliver sales targets, as well as exceptional service that makes our customers feel amazing.

Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. This Dual-Site role will be spread across multiple stores including 2 days a week in our concession in Elys Wimbledon, 2 days in Morley's Brixton and 1 day a week in John Lewis, Milton Keynes. Our concession in Elys, Wimbledon opened in 2021 and usually trades from 9:30am - 18:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our small team is full of positive energy and diversity. They aren't afraid of hard work but also like to reward themselves afterwards! Elys was originally founded by a family in 1876, until Morleys stores group acquired Elys in 1996. Approximately a two minute journey from Wimbledon Underground station.
