Domino’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store in the UK. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional experiences.

You’ll manage staffing, training, scheduling, and adherence to franchise standards, while engaging with local marketing and community initiatives. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Formación

• Proven experience managing a food/retail/QSR operation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Results-driven with focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Implement sales strategies and manage expenses to drive profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organise and deliver regular training sessions for team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
• Support local marketing and community engagement activities.
