Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team at The Co-operative Food, Ground Floor Retail Unit, London, SE1 7NT. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus great benefits, on a permanent contract.

As a Store Manager, you'll help deliver the store's purpose by guiding commercial and community strategies. You'll lead your team to make shopping at Co-op a fantastic experience, helping them grow and learn to demonstrate the difference Co-op brings to local communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Empowering your team to deliver excellent service and promote the Co-op difference
• Building an inclusive culture where everyone can share their views
• Developing your team through regular performance conversations
• Ensuring the store is safe, legal, and operational
• Managing and optimizing store performance, recruiting new team members, and handling HR processes

Requirements:
