Savers Store Manager Designate role in the UK is a fast-paced, customer-focused leadership position. You will maintain standards, audit processes, and drive service and sales. The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and involves travel between stores as needed. A driving licence and 2+ years retail management are preferred; salary is £35,350 per year plus a generous bonus.
