Job summary

Savers in London is recruiting a Store Manager Designate to lead standards, audit processes and customer service across stores. You’ll act as a visible leader, helping neighbouring shops when needed and driving the store’s performance.

This full-time role is 39 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. A driver’s license is preferred, and the package includes a generous bonus scheme and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Willing to travel to a variety of stores.
• Driver's license preferred or ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and audit processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance across locations.
• Support neighbouring stores as needed to balance business needs.
