Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Store Manager Designate to join the team in Abingdon. This role requires driving to a variety of stores, 39 hours per week, and a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will maintain standards, audit processes, and deliver outstanding customer service and sales. A generous bonus scheme complements a competitive salary of £34,350–£35,350 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive and travel to multiple stores.
• Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and audit processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Support neighbouring stores as needed.
