Savers is recruiting for a Store Manager Designate to join our fast-paced retail team. This role covers travel to a variety of stores, works 39 hours per week, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and provides leadership to maintain standards and drive sales.

You will mentor teams, uphold audit processes, and partner with neighbouring stores as needed, with a clear progression path and generous benefits package on offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to drive.
