Role overview

As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you'll join a 6-month training and development programme, designed to prepare you for the Store Manager role. This programme helps you understand our brand and equips you with the skills needed to excel as a Store Manager. You’ll oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and meet sales targets. Administrative tasks include scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.

You will also handle recruitment with support from your peers, including the Regional Manager and Store Support Centre colleagues. You’re responsible for creating a positive work environment, ensuring staff are trained and supported, all aligned with our mission to help customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored eyecare and eyewear solutions to enhance their lifestyle.
