Location: Tranquil Vale, Blackheath

Type: Permanent

Hours: 38.75 hours per week

Salary: Up to £36,800 per annum DOE, 25% colleague discount, 28 days annual leave pro rata

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to advance your career with the UK's largest Health and Wellness Retailer? As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead daily store operations, build a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and motivation, and act as a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett.

Supported by your Regional Manager, you will exemplify world-class customer service, drive sales, maintain stock accuracy, plan promotions, and ensure health and safety compliance. You will also undertake training to become a Health & Wellness specialist, achieving Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.

Key requirements include:
