Full-time role, working 39 hours per week.

About the Role

The role of Store Manager Designate at Hobbycraft involves delivering an outstanding shopping experience and being responsible for the overall running of the store. You will encourage, develop, and inspire our colleagues, as well as driving performance and delivering on KPIs.

As this is a designate role, you will initially support several stores in your designated area. After completing our management programme, you will be allocated a store.

• Proven retail management experience within a large retailer.
• Excellent awareness of retail systems and processes, with proven people management experience.
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Strong people skills with a track record of leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and commercial success.
