Job summary

Toolstation in Nottingham is seeking a Store Manager Designate to lead a busy branch. You’ll manage the branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves, with early starts and late finishes as required.

The role rewards leadership and team development; you’ll inspire staff, coach from the front, maintain high standards, and create a welcoming, high-performing store environment across seasons.

Job description

Store Manager Designate in Nottingham

40 hours per week

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Mucking in.Helping the team get the job done. Checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.

• Asking questions and building relationships.Making sure your team get the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession. Making sure your customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
