Job summary

Toolstation in Cheltenham is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy branch for 40 hours per week, with early starts and late finishes as the store opens from 7 AM to 8 PM.

You will coach the team, deliver great service, manage deliveries, stock, and branch standards while creating a positive, engaging workplace where colleagues grow and customers get everything they need for their job. You’ll be supported to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the store's success.

• Mucking in. Helping the team get the job done. Checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.

• Making sure your team get the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession.
• Ensuring customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
• Leading. From the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
• Building a fun working environment. Maintaining our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.

Store Manager in Cheltenham 40 hours per week Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
