Role overview

Are you interested in becoming a Store Manager with one of the UK's leading eyecare providers, selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada?

At Vision Express, we are currently looking for two Store Manager Designates to support our stores in the Newcastle and Teesside areas. To be successful, you must be comfortable with regular travel to multiple stores and flexible to cover holidays and sickness, with the goal of becoming a resident store manager in the future.

As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you will motivate and inspire teams to deliver top performance, manage daily store operations, and undergo an exciting induction to work with colleagues across the region, developing leadership skills for future roles.

Although the hours are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to fit your needs, whether around the school run or via a compressed week.
