We are seeking a Store Manager Designate to join our retail team covering our fashion stores across Lancashire. The position offers a flexible contract of either 28 or 35 hours per week.

What does this role involve?

The Store Manager Designate will support various locations, focusing on:

  • Driving sales and achieving targets
  • Providing excellent customer service as expected by the British Heart Foundation (BHF)
  • Leading and developing staff and volunteers
  • Deputising for Store Managers
  • Stock management and visual merchandising
  • Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers
