Toolstation Limited in High Wycombe is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our busy branch. You’ll oversee the team, deliver outstanding customer service, manage deliveries, stock shelves and ensure the branch runs smoothly from opening to close.

You’ll inspire a high-performing team, develop frontline leaders, and maintain great product availability. The role combines hands-on leadership with operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
