Job description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Costa unit achieves its financial targets, agreed budget, and P&L. You will support and develop your team, ensuring each colleague feels valued, supported, and able to grow both personally and professionally. You will adhere to and deliver brand standards, drive consistent high-quality customer service and sales, and have overall responsibility for your team.

A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or catering brand environment is required. You will have previous experience working to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labor costs, and ratios, as well as cost-saving initiatives. You should be able to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders and motivate and increase the performance of your team through mentoring, training, and succession planning.

Responsibilities and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 20%, a £400 reward for every successful referral, and up to 60% colleague discount for you, family, and friends with various brands.
